This is my first time hiring a cleaning company and I got to say I am very impressed! I opted for the bathroom steam cleaning and I am glad I did! Bathroom looks brand new. I am not sure if I can up keep to this standard so I think i might have to opt in for the reoccurring service! I have shared some photos to show how clean my unit is.

I requested cleaning services from WellClean twice while I was prepping my house to list for sale.

With their ‘spring cleaning’ service, they made my home sparkle.

I was hesitant to use them at first since they were fairly new (early summer 2023) and didn’t have any reviews. When they started to get a few reviews, and I was confident with our correspondence, I thought I would give them a try.

When they would arrive (first time it was two people and second time it was three). One always seemed as though he was a manager or part owner and he would do a walkthrough with me and the cleaner(s), do an estimate. He would then leave making me feel confident I was in good hands.

Everyone person that I had so far was lovely and I was impressed with the deep clean! Perfect for getting the house ready to get our place listed, leaving me to focus on other tasks around the house.

Thank you for making the house look so great! Would highly recommend.

We just purchased a house in Forest Hill and had to renovate it. Obviously we had a lot of construction dust sitting there everywhere… Decided to go with WellClean and I am happy about this decision. They sounded knowledgeable over the phone and have a professional looking website. The post construction cleaning they did was just perfect. No more dust in this house and especially inside of cabinets, windows are shining. Some paint that was on my hardwood floors is gone. Our house is finally ready for a move in. Loved the cleaning! Vera and Vlad did an exceptional job with deep cleaning my home. My main concern was dust since I am allergic to it. She cleaned all the baseboards, hard to reach areas. Thought Vlad went above and beyond cleaned my vent in the bathroom! I was shocked how much dust we saw and I finally realized why my allergy was so bad… I even took a photo, that’s insane how much dust it was there!! now I can finally enjoy my clean apartment and breath fresh air. I went ahead and signed up for regular bi weekly cleanings. Would recommend

I’m very satisfied with the service. Since I requested information until the service was completed the attention and customer service was great. If I Book Recurring Services, Will I Have the Same Cleaner Each Time?
Yes, you get assigned a cleaner and a manager. The cleaner or a pair of cleaners will be the same each time since we value your privacy. If one of the cleaners is unavailable, we will send another. In any case, all our cleaners are trained professionals and insured! The manager will be responsible for your satisfaction with our services, so please feel free to let us know about all your cleaning needs and preferences.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
No, we provide a full service. So, we bring our ECO cleaning supplies and specialized professional equipment for every cleaning unless you prefer us to use yours.
