How much will it cost to clean my house?
The price for the service is based on the property we need to clean and the additional services you would like to order. Our customer support representative will help you get a quote and schedule the cleaning.
Can I get a quote online?
We are currently working on adding this feature to our website. As for now, just give us a call or send a regular message. Also, don’t forget to check our social media Facebook or Instagram, and you can message us there.
How to Request a Quote?
To request a quote, contact us. A service representative will respond promptly, discuss your cleaning, and provide a quote.
How to Schedule a Cleaning Appointment?
To schedule a cleaning appointment, Call or submit any form on our website. Our cleaning Specialist will be with you within the next 5 minutes to help you find a cleaning solution for you, provide the estimate, and book a cleaning as per your availability.
Will I Receive Confirmation of my Booking?
Yes, once you have booked your cleaning service, we will email you a confirmation of your scheduled cleaning.
Is a Credit Card Mandatory for Booking?
For all customers, we require a Credit Card as a part of the booking process. We ask you to pay a $5 deposit while scheduling the order to save your credit card on file for safety purposes. We will deduct this from your bill after the cleaning is done.
Can I avoid paying the deposit?
We require all the customers to pay a $5 deposit to confirm the booking slot. At the same time, the credit card is securely saved on file. We will deduct the $5 deposit from your final bill after the cleaning is done.
If I Book Recurring Services, Will I Have the Same Cleaner Each Time?
Yes, you get assigned a cleaner and a manager. The cleaner or a pair of cleaners will be the same each time since we value your privacy. If one of the cleaners is unavailable, we will send another. In any case, all our cleaners are trained professionals and insured! The manager will be responsible for your satisfaction with our services, so please feel free to let us know about all your cleaning needs and preferences.
Do you provide discounts for regular cleanings (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, etc)?
The prices for regular cleanings differ from one-time cleaning. Please ask our representative about the regular cleaning and we will get you the best deal!
Can I reschedule or cancel the cleaning?
Of course, you can. Please make sure you reach us 48 hours before your cleaning is scheduled to make any changes or cancel the service. Otherwise, it may result in a cancellation fee. Please see the Service Agreement for more details.
Can I order cleaning for the next day?
It depends on whether we have a cleaning team available for the next day, but we will try our best to accommodate your request and provide our service to you ASAP.
What special deals do you have?

  • 5% OFF for cash payments

  • 10% OFF for the first-time cleaning

  • For orders $250+ steam cleaning of the bathroom is complimentary

  • For orders $350+ steam cleaning of the bathroom and microwave cleaning are complimentary

  • If you move and need both homes cleaned, take 20% OFF for both cleanings.

How do I know what service is best for me?
Our dedicated Cleaning Specialist will walk you through all our services and help you choose one that fits your needs perfectly.
What time and days do you work?
We work 7 days a week. Our office hours are 10 am to 6 pm. Though operationally we work 8:00 am to 8 pm. The latest time slot for the cleaning can be at 5-6 pm.

Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
No, we provide a full service. So, we bring our ECO cleaning supplies and specialized professional equipment for every cleaning unless you prefer us to use yours.
What cleaning supplies do you use?
We use 100% Eco-friendly and cruelty-free cleaning supplies from such brands as Method and others to make sure we keep your home not only clean but also healthy and safe. We also use a steam cleaner to make the cleaning even more healthy and efficient.
What is Ongoing Cleaning?
WellClean provides ongoing cleaning services for customers who want their homes cleaned regularly. Our ongoing cleaning service rids your home of dirt, bacteria, and germs that threaten your health. You can select weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly scheduled cleaning plans. WellClean professionals will handle the dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and vacuuming. What is Deep Cleaning?
Our deep cleaning services involve more intensive cleaning than our one-time or basic ongoing cleaning service. Dirt, stains, and grime accumulate when your home, Airbnb, or rental cottage hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Are you getting ready to host a special event? What is Move-in and Move-Out Cleaning?

This service is designed for clients who have purchased a new home or property, or are moving out of a home or rental property. We clean thoroughly and ensure there is no sign of the previous tenants, so your living space smells fresh and is ready for you or the new tenant to customize.

What Services Are Excluded from Cleaning Offerings?
Moving heavy items, mold or infestation removal, deep stain
removal, cleaning pet messes, or pressure washing.
What do I need to do if something is not cleaned perfectly?

If the cleaner is still working, please ask her to pay attention to the area you noticed, and she will happily redo it to make it perfectly clean.

If the cleaner is already gone, please contact our Cleaning Specialists team with your concerns, and we will come back and make it right.


Can you do the cleaning without my presence?
Absolutely. Your presence doesn’t affect our work. You can be at home, or you can leave to do your business, we will get your home cleaned anyway.
What is the Quality of Your Cleaning Team?
Our cleaning team members care about client’s preferences. They know the importance of a well-cleaned living space. That’s what matters. Numerous clients complement our staff for their positive communication skills and knowledge of cleaning.
What if I’m not satisfied with the result?
If a customer calls within 24 hours of their cleaning to report something not cleaned to their satisfaction, we will send someone out to fix this item.
How many cleaners usually come?
It depends on the property. Usually, for apartments and condos one cleaner is enough. But for big houses, two cleaners should come to make the work faster and more efficient.

How can I pay?
You can pay with a debit or credit card or cash. We provide an additional 5% discount in case you decide to pay in cash since we avoid processing fees.
Can I leave tips for the cleaner?
Absolutely! Tips are much appreciated by our cleaners. You can do it both by paying cash or a credit card.
Can I pay in cash?
Yep, we accept cash as well. Moreover, we provide an additional 5% discount in case you decide to pay in cash. It helps to avoid card processing fees, so our service is more affordable for everyone.
Do you charge HST?
Yes, 13% HST is added to all the orders.
Is HST included in your price?
No, 13% HST is charged extra to the negotiated price.

Are your cleaners insured?
All our cleaners are insured, so if accidents happen-everything will be covered!
Can Cleaning Occur in my absence?
Yes, you can leave a key or access code with the property manager or in a secure place at the property, so we can access the property to clean and lock it securely when we finish.
I work from home. Will the cleaners disturb me from work during the cleaning process?
Our cleaners are trained to do their job in a way you don’t even notice them working. You can enjoy your day or be productive at work - we will do our job without disturbing you.
What does your Satisfaction Guarantee Entail?
